Kia ora, I'm Charlotte. I help business owners and leaders confidently manage their people by providing practical advice, support, and guidance when they need it.
With 20 years' experience across People & Culture roles in a range of industries, I've supported businesses of all sizes with everything from building strong people foundations and developing effective processes through to navigating complex employee matters.
Originally from Sweden, New Zealand has been home for the past 22 years, and Wānaka for the last six. My family and I love this region, its people, and the lifestyle it offers.
